A paper card
- Print cards
- Remember to stamp
- Hope they come back
You cannot see who is enrolled, who has stopped coming, or whether any of it made a difference. The card is forged easily, and the only person tracking it is the one holding the stamp.
Reward repeat guests with points, stamps and tiers — earned at the till and on the QR menu, redeemed against the bill in front of you. No plastic cards, no separate app for the guest to download.
A member record and the rewards catalog, as they ship.
Paper cards get lost. Spreadsheet schemes get abandoned. Most restaurant loyalty dies not because the idea was wrong but because it needed someone to keep doing something every day.
You cannot see who is enrolled, who has stopped coming, or whether any of it made a difference. The card is forged easily, and the only person tracking it is the one holding the stamp.
Enrolment is a phone number at checkout. Earning happens on the order whether it came from the till or the guest’s own phone. Redemption is a code or points against the bill, and the win-back message goes out on its own.
The guest still gets their tenth coffee free. The difference is that you can see who is coming back and who quietly stopped.
Nothing for the guest to install and nothing for staff to remember mid-rush.
Points, stamps, tiers — or all three. They run in parallel and guests see every active mechanic in their loyalty tab.
What a guest can unlock and what it costs in points. Set a redemption limit, a minimum tier, or disable one without deleting its history.
The phone number typed at the till or in the QR checkout resolves an existing member or creates one. There is no card and no app.
Points accrue on the bill, stamps advance the card, and tier multipliers apply automatically as lifetime points grow.
Staff enter the six-character code from the guest’s screen, or the guest picks a reward at QR checkout. The discount lands before the total is shown.
Points can be spent against the bill directly, capped by your program’s minimum and by how much of a bill points may cover.
Welcome, birthday, milestone and win-back rewards are granted on a schedule you set — with a cooldown so nobody is messaged twice.
Active members, points outstanding, redemptions today, and a full point history per member with every adjustment attributed.
Manual point adjustments carry a reason and are written to the audit log — useful when you are compensating a complaint.
Grouped by the decision each part supports.
Different guests respond to different things. You do not have to pick one and live with it.
What is on offer, what it costs and who can have it.
If it needs a separate step, staff will skip it on a busy night.
The messages you meant to send and never did.
The numbers that tell you to keep going or change something.
A points balance nobody is reminded of is a liability on your books and nothing else. The value is in the message that goes out without you.
Choose how many days of silence counts as gone quiet. A daily job finds those guests, grants the reward you nominated, and does not touch them again until the cooldown passes.
The birthday job runs each morning in your own timezone, so the reward is there when they wake up rather than a day late in a server’s timezone.
When a guest crosses into Silver or Gold, the reward you attached to that tier is granted automatically — the moment that makes a regular feel recognised.
Every grant is written once against its own key, so a re-run, a retry or a second job firing the same day cannot double-award. Repeat birthdays across years still work.
A program is only as good as the data behind it. Everything here is earned from orders you were taking anyway.
The profile behind the balance: order history, allergens, notes and tags. Loyalty needs it, which is why it comes with it.
A phone number at the till enrolls or resolves a member, and staff redeem a code against the bill in the payment sheet.
Guests pick a reward or spend points themselves at checkout — self-serve redemption with no staff step at all.
Build WhatsApp campaigns from CRM segments, including the ones loyalty creates — lapsed Gold members, say.
A rating request after the meal, so the guest you are rewarding is also the one telling you how it went.
Sell and redeem branded gift cards from the same till, with expiry rules written for UAE consumer law.
Products are switched on individually — see the full catalogue and prices on the products page.
The mechanic that works depends on how often people come.
Designed around how guests here actually sign up.
No app download, no email capture, no card. The number the guest already gives you for the order is the loyalty account, which is why enrolment does not stall at the counter.
Birthday and win-back jobs run on Gulf time, so the reward arrives on the right morning rather than a day out because a server sits somewhere else.
The guest-facing loyalty screens and the staff dashboard both run in English and Arabic, with proper right-to-left layout.
Rewards can be capped, tier-gated and disabled without losing their history, so a seasonal offer can be switched on for a month and retired cleanly.
Two ways to get it, and you are not forced into either. Add it to the paid plan you already have, or move to the plan that bundles it.
Start with a Tahlib plan, then add the products you need — or move to a plan that already includes them.
No. A guest joins with the phone number they give you at the till or type at QR checkout. Their balance, rewards and stamp card live in the same browser page they order from — there is nothing to install and no card to carry.
Yes. Points, stamps and tiers are parallel mechanics — switch on any combination and guests see every active one. Most cafés start with stamps, most restaurants start with points, and plenty run both.

Yes. They can spend points directly against the total. The server clamps the amount to your program’s minimum and to the share of a bill you allow points to cover, and only the points actually used are charged.
Rewards granted automatically rather than by someone remembering. There are four: welcome on joining, birthday, milestone when a guest reaches a tier, and win-back after a number of quiet days you choose. Each has a cooldown so the same guest is not nudged twice.
No. Every grant is written once against its own key, so a job re-running or retrying cannot double-award. Repeat birthdays in later years still work as you would expect.
Yes. Add or deduct points manually with a reason attached. The adjustment appears in that member’s point history and is written to the audit log with the staff member’s name.
Only if you want them to. Points expiry and stamp-card expiry both run as scheduled jobs you configure; leave them off and balances persist.
Yes. A member earns and redeems against the same balance wherever they visit, and with the Chain Dashboard you can see which branch is recruiting members and roll a promo out per branch.
The automations grant the reward and raise the notification. Actually reaching the guest over WhatsApp needs your WhatsApp Business number connected — worth setting up, because a granted reward nobody hears about does not bring anyone back.
Two ways, and you choose. Add it to the paid plan you are already on at its own monthly price per branch, with a 14-day free trial — no upgrade required. Or move to the plan that bundles it along with several other products, which works out cheaper once you want three or more of them. The pricing section above shows both with current figures.
Pick a mechanic, add two rewards, and let the first month tell you whether guests bite. You can change all of it without reprinting anything.
