Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Tahlib uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to make the apps work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our marketing website sets no cookies at all.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary, they do not need your consent. Blocking them in your browser will stop the parts of Tahlib that rely on them from working.

2. Browser storage

The apps also keep a few items in your browser’s local storage, which never leaves your device unless you submit it:

  • Guest ordering: your cart, order type, notes and payment progress for the restaurant you are ordering from.
  • Staff apps: the attendance kiosk’s device token, sound settings and whether you have dismissed a notification banner.

3. Third-party cookies

If support chat is switched on in the dashboard, our chat provider sets its own cookies to keep your conversation open. When you pay a restaurant online, the restaurant’s payment provider may set cookies on its own payment pages to process the payment and prevent fraud; its cookie policy applies.

4. Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Signing out removes your session cookie. If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires.
