Tahlib is software delivered online by Tahlib Private Limited. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

1. How you receive the Services
- Tahlib Core is available as soon as you create an account and verify your email at app.tahlib.app.
- Products and trials are switched on for the chosen Locations as soon as you start them in the dashboard, or as soon as payment is confirmed where payment is required up front.
- Staff apps — point of sale, kitchen display, rider and attendance — open in a web browser on your own devices. There is nothing to install.
- Guest ordering pages and QR codes are available as soon as your menu is published.
Every purchase is shown on the Billing page in your dashboard, with its invoice.
2. Devices and hardware
You provide your own internet connection, devices, printers and payment terminals. Tahlib works in current versions of the major web browsers.
3. If you cannot access something you paid for
Write to hello@tahlib.app with your account email. We respond within one business day. If we cannot give you access to a Product you paid for, we will refund it in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
