Chain Dashboard · UAE & GCC

Multi-Branch Restaurant Management on One Screen

Open one page and see every branch’s sales, orders, average bill and guest rating side by side — which one is leading, which one needs a visit. Keep one master menu and push it out without overwriting each branch’s prices, and roll a promotion out to every branch or a chosen few.

  • Every branch compared, with the best and worst performer called out
  • One master menu pushed to all branches, each keeping its own prices
  • Promotions applied automatically at the till and on the QR menu

The chain rollup and the menu drift, as they ship.

More than a group WhatsApp

Run the group, not five separate restaurants

Most groups run each branch as its own island: the numbers arrive as screenshots in a WhatsApp group, the menu is retyped at every till, and a promotion means five phone calls.

Branches as islands

  1. Ask each manager
  2. Merge the screenshots
  3. Retype the menu five times

Nobody can say which branch is slipping until the month closes. A price change reaches three branches out of five. The weekend offer runs at the branch whose manager read the message.

Tahlib Chain Dashboard

  1. Branches grouped
  2. Sales side by side
  3. Best & worst
  4. Push master menu
  5. Roll out promo

Every branch already takes its orders in Tahlib, so the comparison is there whenever you open it. The master menu goes out in one push — each branch keeps its own prices and its own extras — and a promotion applies itself at the tills you chose.

Your branch managers still run their branches. You stop running the group by phone.

How it works

From a group of branches to one view

If your branches are on Tahlib, the group is a few clicks away.

  1. Group your branches

Create a chain group and add the branches you run in Tahlib, with one of them as the master for the menu.

  2. Pick a period

Today, the last 30 days or the last quarter. Each branch is compared with its own previous period of the same length.

  3. Read the rollup

Chain revenue and its change, orders, items sold and menu drift at the top; a card per branch with revenue, average order and guest rating below.

  4. Spot the outlier

The best performer and the branch that needs attention are marked, ranked by revenue.

  5. Push the menu

Send the master branch’s menu to every branch or a chosen few. Matching items update, missing ones are added, branch-only items are left alone.

  6. Roll out a promotion

A percentage off, a flat amount off, a free item or bonus points — for all branches or selected ones, with an optional minimum order and dates.

Every menu push is kept in a history, so you can see what went out and when.

A promotion, end to end

Set it once, and it applies itself

A chain promotion is not a code for staff to remember. Once it is active, the till and the QR menu at the branches you chose apply it on their own.

What you get

Everything the group needs from one screen

Grouped by the job, not by the panel it lives in.

Branches side by side

The comparison you would otherwise build in a spreadsheet.

  • Revenue per branch and for the chain, with change against the previous period
  • Orders, average order value and items sold per branch
  • Average guest rating and number of ratings, from Feedback
  • Best performer and needs-attention branch, ranked by revenue
  • Today, last 30 days or last quarter

One master menu

Consistency without flattening every branch.

  • Push the master branch’s menu to all branches or chosen ones
  • Items matched by link, then SKU, then name
  • Names, descriptions, photos, allergens, schedules and Arabic text kept in sync
  • Each branch keeps its own item price and its till and menu availability
  • Branch-only items never touched; every push recorded

Menu drift

Where the branches have wandered from the master.

  • Per branch: in sync, overridden, branch-only and missing items
  • “Overridden” means a different price or availability from the master
  • Last central push shown alongside

Promotions across branches

One offer, set up once.

  • Percentage off, flat amount off, a free item or bonus points
  • All branches or a selected few, with an optional minimum order and dates
  • Discounts applied automatically to till and QR orders — no code to type
  • Only the single best discount applies to an order
  • Bonus points credited when the bill is paid, with Loyalty Pro

Mixed markets

For groups across borders.

  • The chain total counts branches in the group’s currency
  • Branches in other currencies listed separately rather than converted at a guessed rate
Central menu

Push one menu without flattening every branch

Most central menus force a choice: every branch identical, or every branch on its own. The push keeps what should be shared and leaves alone what each branch has made its own.

What goes out

Names, descriptions, categories, photos, dietary and allergen information, tax, availability windows, add-ons and the Arabic text — from the master branch to the branches you pick.

What each branch keeps

Its own price for each existing item and whether that item is on its till or QR menu. A new item arrives at the master’s price, ready for the branch to change.

What it never touches

Items a branch created for itself. The Marina’s brunch special stays the Marina’s.

How you know it worked

Drift counts per branch before and after, and a history of every push.

Where it fits

Who runs a group with it

Same dashboard, different size of group.

Two or three branches
The point where the owner can no longer be at every till. The rollup replaces the evening round of phone calls.
Café and QSR chains
Identical menus, many branches. One push keeps them identical while letting the airport branch charge airport prices.
Casual dining groups
Shared core menu, local specials. Branch-only items survive every push.
Franchise-style rollouts
A promotion across every branch that applies itself at the till, so a weekend offer runs everywhere it should.
Groups across emirates or borders
Dubai and Abu Dhabi side by side; a branch in another currency listed on its own rather than converted at a guessed rate.

The details that matter for UAE groups

Written around how restaurant groups here grow.

Eid and Ramadan promotions

A seasonal offer set up once for the whole group, with dates and a minimum order, instead of a message to every manager.

Dubai and Abu Dhabi on one page

Branches across emirates compared on the same terms, with the slipping one marked.

Arabic menus kept in sync

The Arabic names and descriptions travel with the menu push, so every branch’s bilingual menu matches the master.

Branch pricing for malls and airports

Each branch keeps its own item prices through every push — the same dish can cost more at the airport.

Questions, answered

What group owners ask first

Who can see the chain dashboard?

The person who created the chain group, across the branches they are on staff at. Sharing a group view with co-owners or area managers is not available yet.

Does pushing the menu overwrite my branch prices?

Not item prices: each branch keeps its own price for every item it already has, and its own till and QR availability. Size and add-on prices do come from the master, and items a branch created for itself are never touched.

What if I delete an item from the master menu?

It is not removed from the branches by the push. Branches that should stop selling it switch it off themselves.

How do promotions reach the till?

Once active, a discount promotion applies itself to till and QR orders at the branches you chose, inside its dates and over its minimum order. Only the best single discount applies to an order. Bonus-point promotions credit Loyalty Pro members when the bill is paid.

Do scheduled promotions start on their own?

No — you activate a promotion and end it from the dashboard. Its dates still limit when it applies, but it does not switch itself on.

What does “items sold” mean on the cards?

The number of items sold across the branch’s orders in the period. It is a measure of volume, not a head count of guests.

Is revenue only paid orders?

Revenue counts every order that has not been voided in the period, including bills still open. For a profit view built on the same orders, use Tahlib Intelligence at each branch.

Can I move stock between branches or buy centrally?

Not today. Stock, suppliers and purchase orders are per branch; transfers and central purchasing are not in the product.

Can I export the rollup?

Not from the chain dashboard today. Each branch’s own reports still download as CSV.

What does it cost?

It is priced per branch, per month, with a free trial — switched on and off from your dashboard. The pricing section above shows the current figure and what it drops to as you add branches.

See every branch before the month closes

Group your branches, push the menu once, and let the rollup tell you where to spend tomorrow.
